November 4, 2006 at 11:00am is the special event for Deaf Evangelistic Adventist Fellowship's charter signing day at Spring of Hope Silver Spring SDA Church in Silver Spring, Maryland. Potomac Conference's leader: Elder Bill Miller, the new president from Minnesota; Elder Roger Weiss, vice president for administration; and Kurt Allen, vice president for finance will be at the service.
The Deaf members of Seventh-day Adventist church in Potomac Conference who wish to join DEAF will sign their names to be charter members.
